At The Thread of Taste, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains the terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns

- Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, and receipts intact.
- Perishable, customized, or sale items are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Food or perishable items
- Customized / personalized orders
- Items purchased on discount or clearance sale
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care
3. Return Process

- Contact us at thethreadoftaste@gmail.com within the return period, mentioning your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you with the return process and pickup instructions (if applicable).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
4. Refunds

- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 0–7 business days.
- Shipping charges, COD fees, or handling fees are non-refundable.
- we’ll cover the return shipping costs or reimburse you for them
5. Exchanges

- Exchanges are possible only for damaged or defective items, subject to availability.
- If the same product is unavailable, we may offer a store credit or refund.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product

- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
